Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Againly desktop application and website operated by Againly ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using Againly, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Againly is an AI-guided Windows support tool. Diagnosis and a proposed plan are free. Running a paid repair requires your separate approval; payment alone never starts computer control.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Againly. If using Againly on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Accounts and authentication

An account is required to execute automations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at privacy@againly.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Payments and support

4a. One-time repairs and full-refund guarantee

Repair sessions are one-time purchases with no subscription. You can pay before downloading, or review the free plan first. You are charged when you complete checkout and approve the repair separately before it runs.

If Againly does not fix the issue you paid to repair, we will refund your repair session payment in full to the original payment method. Contact us within 30 days of the session. This also applies if the app reports success but your issue is still not fixed. A replacement fix credit is optional; you do not have to accept one instead of a refund.

Use our refund request form or email support@againly.io. Include your checkout email and a short description of what is still not working. You do not need to run another repair or pay again. If installation or sign-in prevents you from using a paid session, contact us for help or a full refund.

4b. IT Provider Solutions

IT Provider licensing is tailored for businesses and IT service providers managing multiple endpoints. These are governed by separate master service agreements.

4c. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable local taxes on purchases.

5. Usage limits

You agree not to exceed the usage limits of your plan:

• One-time Fixes: one charge per distinct issue, Fixes never expire

Using Againly to plan or modify machines you do not own or are not authorised to access is prohibited.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Againly to:

• Interfere with other users' systems or the Againly service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI model or automation engine
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent payment or entitlement checks
• Automate system changes on machines without proper authorisation

7. Intellectual property

Againly and all associated software, AI models, and branding are the exclusive property of Againly. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

Againly is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before changes take effect for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
