What is free?

Downloading Againly, describing the issue, and reviewing the diagnosis and proposed plan are free.

When am I charged?

You are charged when you complete checkout. Pay here and download, or install free and see the plan before deciding. Either way, you approve the repair separately before computer control begins.

Can I buy before downloading?

Yes, if you already want a repair session. Windows installation is still required, and a purchase does not guarantee that your issue can be repaired. Install the helper, then verify the email used at checkout to restore access. Do not buy again.

Is this a subscription?

No. The standard Againly offer is pay-per-fix with no recurring charge.

What if Againly does not fix my issue?

You get a full refund of your repair session payment to your original payment method. Contact support@againly.io within 30 days of the session with your checkout email and what is still not working. You do not have to accept another fix credit instead.
