Fix

Disable USB Suspend

Device Manager → Universal Serial Bus controllers → USB Root Hub → Properties → Power Management → Uncheck "Allow computer to turn off"

Update USB Drivers

Device Manager → Universal Serial Bus controllers → Update all drivers

Use Powered Hub

For high-power devices, use USB hub with external power.
