Quick Answer: Wrong time due to dead CMOS battery or wrong time zone. Sync with time server in Settings and replace motherboard battery if time resets on reboot.

Fix

Sync Time

Settings → Time & language → Date & time → Sync now

Set Correct Time Zone

Settings → Time & language → Date & time → Time zone → Set automatically

Replace CMOS Battery

If time resets after shutdown, replace CR2032 motherboard battery.

Set Time Server

Control Panel → Date and Time → Internet Time → Change settings → time.windows.com
