Lower Mic Level

Control Panel → Sound → Recording → Mic → Levels → Set to 70-80

Enable Noise Suppression

Settings → System → Sound → Input → Microphone → Noise suppression → On

Check Cable

Ensure 3.5mm or USB cable firmly connected, not near power cables

Use Different USB Port

Try USB 2.0 instead of USB 3.0 to reduce interference
