Disable Listen

Control Panel → Sound → Recording → Mic → Listen → Uncheck "Listen to this device"

Use Headphones

Lower Mic Volume

Control Panel → Sound → Recording → Mic → Levels → 50-70%

Enable Echo Cancellation

Settings → System → Sound → Input → Mic → Echo cancellation → On
